My story began as an on-call steward in Costabella. There, I developed an interest in cooking, and was hired as a cook helper. Through perseverance and hard work and with the support of Management, who recognized my talent, I rose from the ranks. Today, I am Head Chef of the Resort.
Now I have a Team working with me and I try to inspire them with my story. I tell them not to stop learning and to continue developing their skills. Nothing comes easy and you need to take the first step before reaching the top.
I love what I do and I radiate this to my Team. Many of our guests say we have great food in Costabella. I say, it’s because of my Team’s passion. The passion we have to give our Guests genuine, caring service which equates to great food.
