Kiddie Activities

Written by

Our highly skilled and trained Guest Service Team is composed of creative individuals who take time to play with children ages 4-10 years old.

On certain hours of the day you may leave your child with them to have fun while you make quality time with your spouse, relax and enjoy a quiet moment together or simply read a good book.

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
This is an hour of fun developing a child's creative imagination doing arts and craft. A favorite activity is the boat making made out of coconut materials. Even more fun when it is set on sail!

3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Children may kick off their shoes and feel the sand underneath their feet as our Team lead them to activities by the beach doing sand castle of playing Filipino games like the Habulan Taya (It Game).

Children love our Kiddie Pool Activities where they can dip in the pool and have ball games with fun kiddie exercises.

To ensure quality time with the children, we accommodate maximum of 10 children per activity. A separate baby-sitting service is available upon request at Housekeeping with applicable fees.

  • quotes   "Costabella would surely hit!"

It was 3 years ago before my June 16 visit this year (2013) and I could definitely point out improvements. First, many might not be so keen on "greetings" especially at the reception, but I don't know maybe it's just me... Greeting the guests is an absolute requirement for me especially if I bring my friends around to my locality, Cebu. And the moment I've stepped at the reception area (when I just look so ordinarily a local, in slippers, shirt and pedal shorts with small bag and no make-up) the smiling receptionist greeted me with sincerest smile - and that started my superb experience!

She then pointed me out to the restaurant area whom again, I have been treated with so much warmth by the woman at the counter who takes care of the Day Use specials... the resort is mine! mine! mine!!! Weeeeh!

The pool is superbly clean, and the beach shore is well-manicured.

I must also give great comments with the guards in long sleeved swimming tops in white-orange, as they are amazingly friendly. I was treated like a Queen by the guards and the lifeguards so politely asking my questions where the restrooms are, and if I could drag one sun lounger to somewhere shady, etc.

And one best thing too are the two super friendly guys at the concierge last Sunday, June 16, who took care of my taxi ride when rain was pouring.

One too, was the a bit older waiter at the restaurant (which you do not much see in other resorts that mature people are employed, where as we knew mature people are more pleasant and reliable than below 20's staff - especially those who are in-charge with delicate positions like Restaurant Manager and Head Guard). So anyway, I went alone and my foreigner husband is not around and yup so amazed with the amazing service!

  • quotes   "Lovely getaway with some of the friendliest staff in Cebu!"

We stayed from the 1st to the 4th of Feb, and nearly everything was excellent.

Lovely well-furnished room, large pools, friendly staff, and most importantly, a clean and spacious beach area, with lots of beach chairs (and beanbags!), no sea urchins or jellyfish during our stay, and delightfully little seaweed.

As mentioned before, the staff are the highlight of the hotel with all of them never failing to greet us good morning/afternoon/evening. Peewee at the front desk was particularly helpful, along with Don in the Marina restaurant.

Breakfast is buffet-stye even if the meal stub says "plated breakfast" and hot dishes rotate every day, with pancakes and french toast, and a soup, cereal, salad, and bread stations as constant. This hotel also serves the crispiest bacon I have ever had. Delicious.

They also have an in-house spa, Léma, where I tried their Ngindalas sa Kalalawas (or all-natural papaya wrap) and it was pretty good, if a bit expensive. For PHP 1,800 you can usually get a combination wrap and massage elsewhere. My over-salted and over-sunned skin appreciated the respite from the heat.

The only disadvantage I can think of to staying here is that you don't get internet access if you're in a standard room and that the hotel itself is quite far from civilization (such as groceries or restaurants). You're basically reliant on hotel food for the entire time unless you think ahead and bring in snacks. We didn't think ahead, but I must say the two restaurants have a wide array of choices and large serving sizes. Pricier than eating at, say, Jollibee, but well worth your cash.

    All in all, highly recommended.

  • quotes   "Worth the money! Brilliant!!"
I stayed at this hotel on 19 Oct, 2012 for 3 nights. I do think this hotel is amazing and thus, I would like to put more words here to express my great experience at this hotel.

When I first arrived the hotel, they gave me a glass of welcome drink and a towel to clean up myself. Receptionist, Ms. Femila, did the room check-in for me with clear explanation of my departure date, breakfast arrangement and time, room type and booking source. She also gave me advised departure time according to my flight schedule. She then asked a baggage porter to direct me to my room with luggage assistance. That porter has checked all things in my room before I got in the room in order to make sure all things are up to standard and are comfortable.

On the second day, I asked them to order a taxi for me to get to SM Mall and they did it for me immediately. Further to this, they told me the approximate charge let me know how much should I pay. Unfortunately, that taxi driver has over-charged me for $150 in Filipino Dollar and I instantly reported this incident to receptionist, Ms. Femila when I went back to the hotel. She then directed me to Guest Service Officer, Ms. Grace for corresponding actions. The reason I reported it to them is I would like them not to order taxi from that driver anymore in order to avoid any future travellers to be suffered again. They gave me a complaint form mark down all necessary information and told me they would not pass it to their management to block that driver in the future, which is I would like to them to do. I do think this kind of issue always happens and they did the right job.

Before one day of my departure, they made me a call to re-confirm the departure time. Professional!!

Restaurant is good and food and drinks choices are enough. Servers working there were helpful, friendly and caring. They would give you an ashtray if they found you are smoker. Wi-Fi is covered there. Good!! Room service works efficiently.

Overall, I pretty enjoy my stay at this hotel. I must recommend this hotel to my friends when they plan to go to Cebu. Once again, I would like to send my kind regards, appreciation and thank you to everyone of this hotel, especially to Ms. Femila and Ms. Grace. Thank you so much!!!!!!
